Lukas Wenrick

As Senior Director of Learning Innovations at Arizona State University, Lukas Wenrick leads innovation and venture-building work across ASU’s Learning Enterprise. His work focuses on moving promising ideas from concept to pilot to scale through applied research, program design, partner engagement, cross-functional execution, and sustainable operating models. A major part of his work is leading the Conservation Futures Academy, ASU’s applied learning initiative focused on preparing learners, professionals, and organizations for the future of conservation. Through this work, he helps build learning pathways across executive education, mid-career professional development, early-career microcredentials, college couses in high school, and partner-customized programs. The portfolio is designed with conservation practitioners, academic experts, and field partners to support the skills needed for nature-positive, community-informed, and globally relevant conservation practice.
