Mariama Ndiaye

Mariama N'Diaye (she/her) is a Senegalese-American Designer and Innovator. She is the Innovation Team Director for the City of Atlanta’s Co-Design Lab, working to harness innovative and community-centered solutions to build cleaner, more resilient, and economically thriving Atlantan communities. Previously, Mariama spanned careers in academia as a Fulbright Scholar and as Head of Design for MIT GOV/LAB, in D2C consumer goods serving as Chief of Staff at venture-backed clean beauty company Ami Cole, and as a pro-bono consultant to municipal governments globally at Bloomberg Associates. Mariama enjoys traveling, serving the Black diaspora, listening to stories, and eating delicious food.
