An engineer by training, she began her career at Ford and Motorola before moving into transportation and operations leadership. Allison is passionate about sustainable transportation, workforce development, and creating pathways to meaningful careers. She is proud of Motivate’s work as a Fair Chance Employer and partnerships with organizations like Bike New York and the Bike Path Program to connect people with opportunities in the cycling and green economy.
