Beatrice Ajaero is a chef, educator, and food access advocate. Beatrice co-founded The Open Table Foundation, Inc. with a focus on elevating community awareness of food insecurity. The Foundation emphasizes youth leadership in identifying and responding to areas of high food-access needs. Through hosting plant-forward workshops, the Foundation supports inter-generational volunteers who provide meals for distribution by food access partners, and consults with organizations across varying faith missions. The Open Table Foundation serves communities in New York City, New York State, and beyond.
