Claudette Pichardo is a sustainability professional with experience in renewable energy, affordable housing, and community engagement. Born and raised in Harlem and having grown up in affordable housing, Claudette has built her career around expanding access to clean energy in underserved New York City communities. Previously, she managed community solar projects across NYCHA developments and supported emerging initiatives in e-micromobility and solar + storage. More recently, her work has focused on strategic planning for affordable housing decarbonization programs, as well as project management and outreach for data-driven initiatives focused on building performance and resident experience.
