Miguel Sossa-Mardomingo is the Founder of Impact MÁS, a program created to mentor and fund future thinkers and leaders safeguarding our planet's future. Over 20+ years, Miguel has developed green workforces to help clients and communities bridge economic value with ecological resilience, most recently as VP and Deputy Americas Sustainability Lead for Capgemini. His career spans unlocking voluntary carbon markets, scaling urban resilience via Rockefeller’s 100 Resilient Cities, and mobilizing Red Cross coalitions. A speaker at Harvard Kennedy School and AmCham Portugal, he turns complex climate challenges into actionable, inclusive solutions. Miguel looks forward to continuing to guide purposeful careers and conversations at this year's Green Jobs Pavilion.
