Natalie Perez-Regalado

Natalie Perez-Regalado is a Manager on the Climate Strategies team at the Foundation for California Community Colleges (FoundationCCC). In her role she contributes to the expansion and success of climate-ready workforce training and community benefit initiatives throughout California by amplifying the strengths of community colleges in climate mitigation and adaptation. She engages with a wide range of stakeholders to connect the climate‑related workforce with community, state, and national partners through meaningful career opportunities. Before joining the FoundationCCC team, Natalie was at the LA Conservation Corps, managing several recycling, habitat conservation, and fire fuel reduction programs. She can often be found in the mountains, with a book in her hands, or wandering around a thrift store.
