Cecilia Ciepiela-Kaelin is the founder of Blue Earth Talent, a boutique executive search firm placing mid- to executive-level leaders in sustainable finance, ESG, and impact investing. She brings 25+ years advancing inclusive economic growth and climate resilience across 50+ countries: as a USAID official across five overseas missions, Vice President for Economic Growth at AECOM International, Practice Area Director at Creative Associates, and founder and owner of AISDevelopment, an economic development consulting firm. She has structured and/or managed $600M+ in sustainable economic growth investments across 20+ countries, and holds a Master's in Sustainable Urban Planning & Climate Change from George Washington University, a Master's in International Affairs from Columbia University, and CFA Institute certificates in Climate Finance and Sustainable Investing.
