Stephanie Klocke (she/her) is the Executive Director of the Resiliency, Manufacturing, Industrial and Infrastructure Council (ReMaIIC) at NYC Office of Talent & Workforce Development. In this role, she works to ensure that sustainable infrastructure businesses are able to connect to the talent they need and that the city’s training providers have the insight needed to prepare New Yorkers for in demand jobs. Prior to joining NYC Talent, Stephanie served as the Director of Career Services at Green City Force, where she led a dynamic team to connect more than 200 young people to training and employment within the sustainability sector each year. Her career in workforce was sparked as an AmeriCorps member in her hometown of Pittsburgh, PA, where she supported newly resettled refugees in securing jobs and transitioning to lives in their new community.
