The Conservation Lands Foundation (CLF) is seeking a strategic, mission-driven Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead and evolve its fundraising strategy at a pivotal moment in the organization’s growth. This is more than a fundraising role—it’s a chance to shape the future of America’s public lands by cultivating a culture of philanthropy, leading a talented team, and deepening donor relationships across the country.

CLF protects and expands 38 million acres of public lands, rivers, and trails—mobilizing a national network of grassroots advocates to ensure a climate-resilient and equitable future. With an $8.5M budget and ambitious goals, the CDO will partner closely with the CEO, staff, and Board to grow and diversify funding and strengthen CLF’s national impact.
