Emilie Flanagan

Emilie Flanagan is CEO of Carson Power, an energy transition developer focused on deploying energy assets at scale across the U.S. She previously managed Borrego Solar’s expansion into new U.S. markets, including Pennsylvania, Virginia, New York, and California, and has originated and transacted more than 200 MW of New York Community Solar projects from site control through NTP. She has worked extensively across renewable energy markets in the U.S., Asia, and Europe, with experience spanning project development, strategic advisory, deal structuring, and capital raising for energy infrastructure projects. She also founded and managed a business focused on developing 2–5 MW waste-to-energy and solar projects across Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. Emilie holds an MBA in Finance from HEC Paris and a B.Comm in Strategy from McGill University.
