Fabiana Otero is the Director of Sustainability at Goodwill of Delaware & Delaware County, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and a leader in advancing circular economy solutions through textile recovery, reuse, recycling, and cross-sector collaboration. She leads innovative partnerships and grant-funded initiatives that create measurable environmental and social impact while strengthening communities and workforce opportunities. A strong advocate for student engagement, Fabiana partners with local universities to foster faculty and student research, creating hands-on opportunities for the next generation of sustainability professionals. She earned her Sustainable Innovation MBA from the University of Vermont and is a TRUE Zero Waste Advisor.
