J. Renay Loper is a Clinical Professor of Organizational Leadership in the Bard MBA in Sustainability and Adjunct Professor in NYU Wagner's Executive MPA program. A scheduled TEDx speaker on narrative change and a Spring Point Partners Learner in Residence, her work explores how disorientation forges the inner capacities leaders need to participate in systems change. She brings 25 years of cross-sector experience across 40+ countries, previously serving as Vice President of Program Innovation at Pyxera Global. Renay hosts the podcast Through the Noise and serves on the boards of HATCH, Community Change, and the Obirin Gakuen Foundation of America.
