Breach Collective (“Breach”) is seeking a fundraising professional to create infrastructure for growing our individual giving work, who is also able to cover operations capacity gaps during a period of upcoming staff leave. The Individual Giving and Operations Strategist is a part-time (0.5 FTE, 16 hours per week), six-month, non-exempt position, with the possibility of converting to a permanent and/or full time position in the future, contingent on funding. This position is hybrid/remote optional, with offices located in Eugene and Portland. Candidates must be located in Oregon and will need to be available in-person for meetings with prospective or current donors, and to organize and attend fundraising events, in one or both of our primary locations.
Breach requires an experienced Individual Giving and Operations Strategist to help establish structure, processes, and the tools necessary to enhance Breach’s individual giving efficacy and efficiency; train Breach team members on individual giving fundraising strategies and best practices; and help spearhead Breach’s mass individual giving outreach this year, including fundraising events, planned giving, social media fundraising, and our end-of-year drive. The Individual Giving and Operations Strategist will play a key role advising and coordinating the identification, cultivation, solicitation, acknowledgement, and stewardship of all levels of individual donors. The successful candidate will also be responsible for tracking individual gifts and collaborating with staff to set fundraising budgets.
