Qualifications:
- 3+ years of work experience in Community Engagement or Community Organizing and Project Management.
- Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of communication strategies, with a passion for building trust and effectively engaging a broad range of stakeholders—from senior city staff and community leaders to diverse community members and groups.
- Experience in organizing, outreach, relationship building, and developing high-touch nurture campaigns.
- Passionate about empowering people and communities on climate change solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to track and report on performance metrics and use data to inform decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with public speaking and event participation.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work from home/remote required, must be located in the U.S.
- Proficiency in another language (ie Spanish) is a plus.
