to one of them, and a company is associated with a single pathway.

Planning, Waste Management, Water.

A green job here is any role whose work moves climate or sustainability
forward within one of those pathways — the bar is the work, not the job
title, so a software engineer or an accountant at a climate-aligned employer
qualifies. Roles that don't fit a pathway are not listed.
